• Worked closely with IBM Account Managers and Service Managers to provide printer solutions, software, maintenance and supplies to IBM and non-IBM customers. • Supported dozens of printer resellers as an IBM Printer Distributor and coordinated configuration, installation and technical support resources nationwide.Accomplishments• Through a simple half page TCOP analysis demonstrated to Bank of America the extreme cost savings of impact printers over network lasers resulting in a $2,000,000 Industrial Printer win for IBM. This originated the term, ”Impact Printing Costs 1/10th Of Workgroup Printing” and is still a statement and industry wide calculation tool used by Printronix today to sell impact printing worldwide. • Created and produced several generations of the StarPrint line card which generated millions of dollars of sales.• Consulted by IBM Representatives, customers and printer companies as one of the leading experts on IBM’s IPDS(Intelligent Printer Datastream).• Perennially named one of InfoPrint and IBM’s top national Business Partner salespersons and received multiple performance awards.
