Secondment to Fellside CHP as Project Co-ordinator• Responsible for the effective coordination of all related project activities at Fellside CHP Plant. This was achieved utilising the available resources within timeframes, budgets and meeting required legislative, company and quality standards.• Responsible for the creation, submission and agreement with Sellafield for project AFE’s to ensure funding is authorised and prioritised.• Identification and engagement of appropriate sub-contractors to enable completion of related activities associated with the on-going Asset Works at Fellside CHP Plant. Responsible for commercial engagement of third party contracts including cost control management.• Liaison with the site O&M team in the delivery of related AOP Projects. • Responsible for the upkeep of all project documentation, achieving, PMP/MOC support, OEM updates and communication of essential documents to key stakeholders. Responsibility for the management and supervision of the Technical Library. • Project Managing the delivery of key projects, up to £500K in value including the following: Management of Change system specification and roll-out, CMMS upgrade, Steelwork painting and replacement, Drains repairs and lining, Planning application discussions with Sellafield, scheduled Plant and Civil (PCI) Inspection Programme.

Responsible for the segregation and transfer of ICT systems, processes and data from px to the new owner of Teesside Power Station. Interactions at Board level.

Responsible for the centralising of ICT systems from operational sites within the px group to the px head office. Managed the development and implementation of a business continuity plan to include ICT disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Management of ICT at all px sites, including personnel management, project management and budget management. Managed the integration of new px sites and represented px as a Consultant with new opportunities. Project managed the separation of the Fellside Power Station ICT Systems (both Operational and Commercial) from the previous O&M Contractor to px. Managed segregation of Shotton Power Station systems (both Operational and Commercial) from TXU (In Administration) to px and then onto the new owner.In addition to project work, I am responsible for the day to day activities within the ICT team including budgets, licensing, hardware and software support, telecommunications, and IS security on all px sites.

Provided support to the Enron London Remote Offices Team. Following Enron’s demise I was responsible for working with the Administrators to separate Teesside ICT systems from the Enron systems to form a standalone system.Implemented Energy Trading Systems and 24*7 ICT support.
