Recent initiatives for my clients have included I have managed assessments of IT environments to assist clients in development of business continuity planning. I've worked with the client to assess the environment, identify weaknesses, strengthen the IT environment, and test the plan.I've served as the SME for several years for a company during their external IT audit. My role was to engage with the auditors, acquire data and information they requested, engage the IT team in addressing concerns and findings, and keeping the client updated throughout the process. I led the implementation of Wellview & Siteview on Peloton's SaaS environment. The role included all project management activities including planning, vendor engagement (Peloton), training, data migration from WellEZ, report development, management of change, and implementation of all well operations and facilities departments in the company. I've provided IIoT research and consulting services. Focus has been on developing proof of concept projects for clients of the transportation, refining, and terminal organizations at the company. Working with key vendors in the IIoT space, I've assisted the team in identification of vendors for sensors, IIoT platforms, and data transports.I led an IT infrastructure project for a European subsidiary constructing a new manufacturing plant in Virginia. Working closely with clients on the construction location, and management in Paris, I've led the IT team and vendors responsible for analysis, budgeting, design, and implementation of the IT infrastructure. I've worked with a small upstream oil and gas company based in the Permian Basin requiring consulting services on applications for their growing company. Work has involved well operations software and master data management consulting for the clients.
