As a Program Manager at 1N5, I am dedicated to advancing mental health education and suicide prevention across Northern Kentucky. At 1N5, our mission is clear: to prevent suicide by erasing the stigma surrounding mental illness and promoting optimal mental wellness. My role involves bringing our life-saving programs into schools, community organizations, and corporate spaces, ensuring that mental health support is accessible and impactful.I am passionate about fostering a community where mental health is valued and treated with the same importance as physical health. By working with diverse groups and stakeholders, I strive to create environments where open conversations about mental health are encouraged and where every individual has access to the resources and support they need.With a strong commitment to our mission, I aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
