Responsibilities include revenue generation for the Albany, Ga. terminal service area and also the Georgia points serviced by our Tallahassee, Florida terminal. This includes the maintenance of the customer base with our CRM program and the scheduling of calls in the sales territories for these terminals. Operational back up on Customer Service and Dispatch.

I organized and ran the distribution warehouse for Georgia Pacific - Box Plant. We ran 24 hours a day - 3 shifts - receiving inventory and loading out specific orders for GP customers. I was also responsible for the complete warehousing complex regarding maintenance issues and related items for those accounts using the warehouses.

Opened the Albany, Ga. terminal for American Freightways in 11/92, as American expanded to Georgia. (originally Arkansas Freight, which became American in 1/93. Held positions of Terminal Manager and Sales Manager for the next 15 years as we grew from an opening terminal to having 45 employees. 2003 American Freightways was purchased by FedEx, becoming FedEx Freight. The Albany terminal served as a training terminal for future Terminal Managers (Service Center Managers) for 10 of these years, having a total of 14 different associates come through for training.
