Reported to Manager, Project Management; worked in a 70 person project team within an IT organization of 200. Led two students in CA Clarity Project, coaching to design and implement application enhancements.- Co-authored a new project management framework to provide a repeatable process for project teams to follow. Defined the execution process from project initiation to closure allowing for status measurements and earlier issue identification. Achieved 80% on time delivery.- Led a small development team to enhance and support CA Clarity Project and Portfolio Management software. Enhancements included process controls according to the project management framework (status reporting, stage approvals, change requests, schedule, resource and financial management). Automated KPI generation to show current project status. Provided tools to manage projects and resources more effectively. - Provided technical leadership to deploy new timekeeping system, including 250+business rules (for union and management employees) integrated with the ERP system to better manage projects. Solutions were more easily supported by outsourced support team. Design ensured guaranteed delivery of messages and provided useful alert notifications.- Primary integration analyst for North American and European projects, as part of a global integration team. Team consisted of leadership with Toronto with offshore development team in Singapore and India.- As application subject matter expert, consulted with team members on design and troubleshooting of integration solutions.- Managed an infrastructure project reducing the risk of aging hardware where Celestica's EDI platform resided. Move to new servers resulted in risk reduction of B2B solution.

Also developed application for drilling and geological field input to database, which could be viewed from operations centre.Onsite customer contact for walking through release, gathering changes and implementation- Performed software configuration using GE Proficy Plant Applications for automotive customer to track waste and downtime for identification of efficiency savings.- Upgraded custom shop floor execution system for cheese customer which allowed better tracking of ingredients for cost savings (VB.NET application, Oracle database).
