Since Dec 2015, Global Program Manager Robotics Process Automation, Enterprise Services Innovation Lab. After evaluation, recommendation accepted for a Blue Prism robotics infrastructure service based on an offering for external customers, in order to automate IBM internal manual efforts engaged in the Quote to Cash processes. This involves engaging technical resources inside and outside my business unit to train in Blue Prism, and appropriately set up Squads to facilitate an Agile approach to delivery. Set up an education program supported by experienced programmers (mentors), and engaged with the IBM client-facing RPA teams in order to collaborate together. Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific are already engaged in the program, and workshops have been conducted in the Phillipines and Spain, and are planned in Brazil, Mexico and Slovakia. As Program Manager, I also keep the wider team of Automation Focals and Project Managers/Iteration Managers in Innovation Lab informed of projects and opportunities, and also still like to personally engage in setting up some teams and project managing some opportunities.
