P&L owner of our North American State & Local Government business. Responsible for leading the Market Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Customer Consulting, and Operations teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the segment.

Lead the Pricing and Operations teams responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies for Large Legal market (includes Law Schools), a $325M business. Lead multiple Sales teams with direct responsibility for delivering revenue growth across multiple product lines. Establish account level and market level programs to capitalize on revenue opportunities in the market. Responsible for setting all renewal and new business price targets to deliver revenue growth to the business. Lead a team of operations and analytical resources responsible for delivering world-class sales and analytics support.

Identify, develop, and execute on key strategic product and program opportunities that will drive preference and usage within the law school and large legal markets.

Lead and participate in the implementation and realization of Customer Programs within New Lexis. Requires collaboration with sales, marketing, segment management and customer support organizations in defining and implementing Go-to-market and migration strategies to maximize the New Lexis product and business systems capabilities. Responsible for maintaining an appropriate balance between a vision for the future and short-term wins for the business.

Actively participate in all phases of the product development process to ensure the customer experience is represented. This requires communicating with multiple departments, including marketing, engineering, sales teams, and business unit leads in order to build the cross departmental relationships required for a successful product release. Responsible for acquiring the proper tools and resources the department needs to provide exceptional and efficient support of new products. This involves drafting requirements documents and service level agreements. Performed detailed data acquisition and analysis on department call volume which lead to change management programs resulting in substantial cost savings for the organization
