We started this company from scratch and have built into an International corporation. We design, publish and distribute our products to every state in the U.S and twelve different international countries. We have operated in the black from our third year and continue to see large operating profits. I oversee the day to day operations which included accounts payable and receivable, inventory, production and shipping.

I am the Operations Partner in a local pesticide company servicing the western part of Metro Atlanta. Our Barrier Spray Program utilizes an EPA approved solution that our trained applicators apply to trees, shrubs and foliage surrounding your outdoor living areas. With this program you are able to reclaim and enjoy your backyard free of mosquitoes. No more bug repellent on the kids…no more citronella torches or candles…just mosquito free outdoor living. The program effectively kills all of the mosquitoes that are present at the time of application and serves as an Invisible Barrier keeping other mosquitoes away for up to three weeks. We return once every three weeks throughout mosquito season to reapply our Barrier Spray Program solution.

Led Delta Air Lines South Region cabin Appearance program including: operational performance, cleaning specifications, audit program, supplier scorecard, program management, contract negotiations and oversight of four strategic partners in 6 domestic and 2 international stations. Direct management oversight for 6 auditors and 2 coordinators and an annual budget of $25 million.

Lead a team that created a new cleaning process called that gives back up to 20 minutes to the daily operation in Atlanta between flights. This strategic project creates the foundation necessary for Delta to achieve its cost reduction goal of $1.43 billion. Lead a team that created a new sustainable, repeatable overnight cleaning process that will deliver cleaner a more customer appealing aircraft. Cleaner aircraft is a 2006 program lead by the Executive Council. This new process will be easier to execute and audit. Applied Theory of Constraints to the PW4000 engine in engine maintenance at TechOps. Developed a tracking method that help the Foreman, Lead and AMT’s understand where in the rebuild process they where and if they were on track or behind. Reduced the build days for this engine from 82 days to 50 days reducing the turn time by 30%.
