After covid impacted live events, Jack Morton began to offer a virtual event platform. My role was to oversee the evolution of the product features to meet our clients needs for their events. I worked with a core group of developers in Europe and supported events throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Focused on supporting the growth of the agency through new business development, technology consulting, and role in agency leadership team. Continued growth of the development team's capabilities and organization - growing the team to 50+ developers. I worked directly with all clients to strategize solutions to meet their business and technical needs, ensuring the success of every project - this often required working with client teams and other client agency partners to come up with cooperative solutions.I was responsible for Genuine's technology partnerships with companies such as Salesforce, Adobe, Acquia, Sitecore, and others.

Grew development team to 30+ technologists. Provided technology focused consultation to all of Genuine's clients.

Managed and worked as part of a team of developers dedicated to create pixel perfect websites based on Genuine-created designs. Sites involved CMS solution such as: Sitecore, Drupal, Wordpress, and custom solutions.

As the first developer at Genuine Interactive, I was responsible for the development of all websites and maintenance. Sites involved ASP.NET, PHP, Javascript, HTML & CSS.

Developed websites using ASP.NET, HTML, and CSS. Websites were application and administrative focused.

Originally focused on user experience, subsequent co-op stints involved coding in HTML and CSS, as well as classic ASP.
