My responsibility in the Public Policy organization was to represent Qwest as a expert Network witness. I was instrumental in collecting data and documenting process for the Triennial Review Order (“TRO”). I was appointed as one of the witnesses to represent Qwest in hearings on the Dedicated Transport Case. The position requires organizational skills that immediately enable working on cost models, civil matters, new technology, and arbitrations. I provided sworn expert testimony, analyzed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (“CLEC”) testimony, and drafted rebuttal testimony to help attorneys support network and Public Policy advocacies. My job included integrating findings of fact into policy and law to produce a product that represents corporate advocacy competently.

 Senior Project Expansion Planner/Project Manager: Cable Mining Project Engineer for a global organization. Built and maintained systems to properly inventory commodities accurately during the stage progression on three major accounts. Adhered to or surpassed all contract obligations, statements of work, and compliance procedures as accepted and negotiated. Directly responsible for drafting training curriculum and providing proper tools to do the job as part of major expansion project into several regions of the United States. Public Policy Director: Represented a telecommunications company as an expert technical witness by providing sworn testimony supporting both wireline and wireless technology. Researched regulation, interpreted recent rulings, and documented processes to conform to Public Policy. The job demanded organizational skills in order to simultaneously work on cost models, civil matters, new technology, and arbitration proceedings. I answered interrogatories, familiarized myself with strategies and process in order to integrate my findings into policy and law which competently exemplified corporate advocacy. Lead Engineer: In a new endeavor, I was selected to lead highly competent engineers in the strategic planning and implementation of New Wireless Products and Services.
