Managed a team of 10 senior design engineers working on various new and sustaining projects. Concurrently, managed a major project to develop a state-of-the-art industrial control system (FleXedge). Utilized a phase-gate process and worked closely with product management, other design teams, operations, marketing, and leadership to achieve a Phase 1 release in June 2019. Managed the design, development, and hardware deliverables to meet the project and company objectives. Led the improvement of several design documents and processes.
