Executive board member responsible for the for the grievance process for my district - all members in the state of VT, Fairpoint and AT&T Mobility. Left CWA local 1400 as the longest service board member. A senior member of the bargaining team negotiating with Verizon and Fairpoint Communications, bargaining wages, benefits, and terms and conditions for members. Representing members formally and informally to resolve conflicts and enforce the contract language. The goal was to resolve problems before a grievance was necessary if possible. Building rapport with management and having mutual respect was a catalyst for successfully representing members. Co chaired the grievance committee for Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire; a member of the membership committee, by-laws committee, work and family committee, work schedules committee and served as the local prosecutor. Elected five continuous 3 year terms as VP for VT.

Managed the largest Honda motorcycle and power equipment service dept in NH. Won the prestigious Honda Service Award for all of New England for customer satisfaction.

Reconditioned vehicles for customers and the sales department as a high volume premier car dealership, putting myself through grad school.
