New areas identified and subsequently pursued were: Intelligent Vehicle/Highway Systems (IVHS); High Speed, Transit and Light Rail Opportunities; Magnetic Levitation (maglev) Transportation; Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) People-Mover Systems. Participated in planning and execution of first efforts by Raytheon entities. With new position in July 1993, assumed additional responsibilities for Washington coverage of other Raytheon programs dealing in Vessel and Maritime Systems and Federal Aviation Administration programs. Continued to support coverage of tactical weapons programs.

Retired fromthe USAF in July 1987.
