Provides overall Business Management for Unmanned Aircraft Systems Sustainment Program.Develop and maintain control systems that accurately measure results. Establish milestones and monitors adherence to program master plans and schedules and costs. Ensure program objectives and the Company’s contract commitments are met. Act as primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction and develops follow-on and new business. Prepare and manage the submittal of contract data items. Maintain technical and business integrity of the product and program. Develop appropriate program management plan and determine actions necessary to achieve desired results. Develop program control mechanisms to effectively measure expenditures, labor and other resources necessary to manage program budget. Direct all operations of the program within cost limitations and schedule, including staff, systems, procurements, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and administration. Responsible for accurately measuring progress of program then identifying and correcting problems to avoid adverse affects to the program. Present briefings to organizational and group management as well as customer representatives on significant program issues. Sr Proposal Manager delivered several proposals ranging from $250M to $1.5B. Responsible for all facets of proposal process to program execution. Working with customer on requirements, developing Statements of Work, preparing subcontract Statements of Work and Request for Proposal, technical evaluation of subcontract proposals, developing internal proposals, briefing company executive leadership with program plan and risk. Walking proposal through with customer and answering / training customer with proposal contents to support customer needs. Build credibility with customer on proposal contents though working relationships and fact finding. Negotiate with a customer/company win win methodology that will ensure repeat business.
