I worked with a team of students to create a clean technology club for members who want to learn from and connect with professionals in the industry. We worked to get funding for events and meetings with startups who were willing to present their technology to us and our members. We were able to learn how these technologies work, how they were developed, and how they can impact the world during the ongoing climate crisis.

I handled the Service Desk front counter and ticketing system used for managing customer services. I was trained in hardware and software troubleshooting so that I could effectively provide desktop support to Boston University students, staff, and faculty both in person and over the phone.

I attended daily administrative meetings to monitor condition of the factory floor. I worked directly with product managers, manufacturing and quality engineers, and cell assembly leads who taught me the basis of lean manufacturing. I used that information throughout a month long kaizen to streamline product assembly processes to increase overall output while maintaining quality standards. I created training videos for these processes for new employees who need to learn to assemble any product in ECA's lineup.

As an Inspiration Ambassador, I mentored a local high school FIRST Robotics Team throughout their build season by helping them design, build, and program their robot. I taught them basic C++ and how to apply it to an Arduino on the robot. I also connected with students from my high school to teach them about engineering and potential career paths that they may be interest in pursuing.

As a sales associate, I provided support in person and over the phone to customers who needed help solving their various light bulb and battery needs. Customers often express a problem without knowing the solution; I helped them further understand their problem and generated a cost effective solution for them. This extended to conducting sales, processing returns, and placing orders. As a repair technician, I repaired a variety of phones and tablets, ranging from Samsung Galaxy S devices to Apple iPhone. I often used a heat gun, pry tools, and screwdrivers to replace batteries, cameras, buttons, and screens. I also used a spot welder to rebuild battery packs for drills, children's toys, and similar.
