Owner with partner of H&P Wings, an area developer (AD) for the Hurricane Grill & Wings restaurant franchise since 2006. Our development area is North Florida, Southern Georgia and Alabama, and Puerto Rico. We were the first AD with HG&W and have been with them since they started franchising. Over one year with Hurricane AMT, LLC, the franchisor for Hurricane Grill & Wings as the VP of Construction. One year with StoreTech, a national general contracting firm, acting as sales consultant. Four years with Cold Stone Creamery and, later, Kahala Corporation, as Construction Manager for various brands within their portfolio. Responsible for the design and construction of stores in the U.S. and Caribbean. Nine years with FPL Energy, as manager for utility operations. Responsibilities include all business aspects including performance reporting, budget preparation, tracking, and variance explanation, partnership liaison, plant O&M, project legal, consulting, and regulatory matters. Prior to FPLE, over seventeen years with Occidental Oil and Gas Corporation in oil and gas related engineering and supervisory experience in positions of increasing responsibility and authority. Experience was related to production operations, production optimization, project management, design and construction engineering, construction supervision, and data analysis.
