I have almost 22 years experience working in the automotive industry all for Toyota Motor Manufacturing. I have been a production supervisor at Toyota for 12 years and have project lead experience with focus on improvements of all major KPI's (safety, cost, productivity, quality). My current role is as TPS trainer for 3 production departments (assembly , body weld, paint). My role is to train lean production with understanding of how to identify, and the elimination of the 7 Mudas.
