From my first encounter with a Pentium 486 computer and QBasic in DOS at age 10, my fascination with computers and IT processes ignited. Over the years, I embraced various roles, including volunteering as a firefighter/EMT and working as an auto mechanic, before joining ImageSource 13 years ago.At ImageSource, I began as a Support Engineer and transitioned to a Systems Engineer, accumulating a diverse skill set. My expertise spans the ILINX product suite, complemented by .NET/HTML development certifications. I have experience in SQL server, Active Directory, Exchange and adeptness in troubleshooting various networking, server and line of business applications.Most recently recognizing the potential of cloud computing, I have pursued Microsoft Azure certifications and gained real-world experience in cloud systems administration as well as AI powered systems. Beyond my technical proficiency, I excel in interfacing with customers to gather requirements, develop solutions, plan projects, and implement processes. My passion lies in optimizing individuals and businesses through the seamless integration of technology into their workflows.At home I enjoy spending quality time with family and outdoor activities.
