Coach, facilitator and thinking partner who’s practice is based on more than 35 years commercial experience in the global energy industry combined with the academic rigour of professional coaching qualifications and an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change awarded by one of the leading Business Schools in Europe. I work with individuals and teams who are looking to make a change, develop skills or just need a sounding board to listen and help develop ideas. I am a member of Henley Business Schools coaching community where I qualified as an Executive coach in 2020, I started researching expatriate career transitions (something I have experienced) as part of my MSc. and have developed a pathway to help expats who are dealing with the challenges faced in coming home and moving on at the end of a corporate career.I have expertise in leading and coaching International teams, developing and implementing strategy and building partnerships. I enjoy working across cultures and bringing teams and functions together to make things happen.I am also proud to be a Trustee and NED, sitting on the board of Reading University Student Union in the UK. I am a member of the Finance & Risk committee and Chair the Little Learners Nursery Company Board at the University.
