I am Director and Founder of Pentir, which provides support to organisations on high profile executive recruitment projects, headhunting for roles that are difficult to fill, providing interim capacity to satisfy urgent need and running assessment centres to support key appointments and organisational restructures. I have particular experience of helping appoint leaders and teams to run organisations going through significant periods of change. My work has covered national and regional leadership roles across schools and academies including Chief Executives of multi-academy Trusts, Executive Principals and Principals/Headteachers as well as Directors of Finance and Corporate Services. I have also led on a broad range of high profile appointments across central government organisations, local government, higher and further education in England and Wales. This work has included appointing Chief Executives, teams of Directors and lead practitioners in specialist areas. I am also a Governor at the Alec Reed Academy in West London.
