Oversee all direct procurement. Personally handle all indirect procurement (telecom, utilities, travel, copiers/fax machines, etc.) Direct all receiving, distribution and transportation including but not limited to, Warehousing, Delivery (including mail distribution and food delivery), Fleet Management (procurement, management and maintenance of 120 vehicles) as well as the development and implementation of software to run the purchasing and warehouse segments of the department. Manage 1500 cellular devices (including secure wireless, smartphones, netbooks etc.). Work with the Director of Food Service and Nutrition to assure accuracy of school lunch program. Validate and control all facets of ERATE submission to the SLD (School and Libraries Division of the New York State Department of Education). Control infrastructure of all Telecom equipment, installation and maintenance. Work closely with IT to coordinate expansion and maintenance of Technology infrastructure. Develop all financial allocations for Accounts Payable distribution. Work with Auditors to insure compliance.
