I have a passion for quality and enjoy collaborating with teams that share this value, as it is directly linked to client and customer satisfaction and propels business performance.In one of my most recent roles, I had the privilege of serving as the Retail Sector Lead for a team of ~40 FTE's with Mace in the Americas. This role spanned service lines of Program & Project Management, Cost Management, PMO & Planning, and Responsible Business. Collectively, we delivered thousands of projects including nationwide multi-site programs, refresh initiatives, new concept pilots, luxury retail rollouts, and iconic flagships. Building relationships with colleagues worldwide was a key aspect of this role, enabling the effective use of knowledge sharing to develop the appropriate delivery strategies and the expertise to execute them.My previous dual-role also included the Chicago Hub Lead, primarily focused on Corporate Real Estate and workplace solutions, more recently expanding into fulfilment center programs and delivery partner considerations for larger infrastructure and development projects. In this role, I enjoyed uniting teams from the initial schematic design phase, through procurement and execution, to celebrating the collective achievements as spaces become operational.As a leader, I believe taking pride in your work and determination to deliver are paramount.
