Mike Prince is a CIO Hall of Fame Honoree. Colleagues describe him as "I had the honor of working for Mike Prince at what is now known as Burlington Stores for most of 23 years. He is a very fair-minded person who can think outside the box in a blink to resolve a question or a problem. I saw this done in a discussion with a group thinking about how to resolve an issue. Ideas were offered and soon enough the problem had been talked through and resolved. Mr. Prince had gone outside the box again to close gap that was agreed upon. He handed me a project to resolve a data protection problem. He listened to my plans and supported my efforts as long as he was satisfied that I was moving in the right direction. He is supportive of his people. New ideas are not dismissed without a solid reason. He could make work fun in a meeting, or in joining in to celebrate a problem being resolved. All of this and more. I would work for Mike Prince again in a minute if he made me an offer to do so. I learned a lot from him in many different circumstances, and from answers to my question. Thank you, Mike Prince."
