Snr Wells / Production Tech Duties• Supervising of contractor during WIT testing• Assist in SIT testing• Annuli sampling for lab analysis• Investigate and clearing blocked Annulus tubing• Annulus tubing up grade• Hand over wells and hand back on completion of work overs• Carry out Isolations process and WHCP for Intervention work on wells• Input Annulus blowdown in E-wims• Input production Data R-time• Record Well Integrity readings • Annuli pressure build up surveys Record in E-Wims• Assist shift during well shutdowns and startups due to curtailment• Develop N2 strategy for WHCP• Commissioning and acceptance of WHCP on behalf of Ops• Bean up and down wells as required to assist wells techs• Develop SOP’s as required• Carry out HSE checks on wells and well pads• Record Production Data• Bring on new Wells critically monitoring Annuli and FTHP / Temp adhering to cold star up programme• Raise PTW applicant / holder,PICWS• Generate JHA’s ( confined space entry, break of containment Hot work )• Create method statements• Create well bean up and down guide lines for LN operators• Various surveys for auto clay fittings, VR plugs, well pad condition,• Focal point between Operations and CWI during well interventions such as SBHP, RMT, PLT, FBHP, PTA.• Annulus and crude oil sampling

Job highlights Simops coordinator Start date 24-01-12 25-09-13 Company Shell InternationalProject Majnoon field Development• To Co-ordinate the daily activities between construction, commissioning, and operations, commissioning drilling during the construction upgrading and demolition of DS1, DS2 and CPF Majnoon oil field Iraq.• Responsibilities were for 3 stage separation and export of crude oil• Assist in ensuring that HSE considerations are included in daily activities within assigned areas.• Assists in the implementation of the daily operational commissioning, and construction requirements for the assigned areas.• Assists in the development of the Star Up commissioning plans for the various units• Develop and maintain overview of all activities in the assigned areas. • Monitor and check on a daily bases the red spade Isolations between DS 1 & 2, Flow tanks and to ensure no conflict and safe operation between construction, commissioning and operations• Check the spading between area’s and units to ensure no conflict between areas• Keep record of spading and Isolations between DS1/2 and units• Carry out pre and final walk downs of systems to ensure as built• Carry out safety inspections to ensure no unsafe acts and permits are validated and all precautions are in place.• Develope Red spade certificate for Simops Isolations between Construction and commissioning.• Develope LUN notification and live line Identification• Record and update fencing / barriers between construction and commissioning.• Cover for PTW Coordinator when necessary• Develope Simops Slide show for training and Introduction to Simops• Develope MOPO for Construction, commissioning and operations activities• Carry out HSE audits
