Enterprise Solutions Engineer
CurrentA technical expert, working closely with sales and customer teams to design and implement Cloudflare’s security, performance, and networking solutions for large enterprises. Key functions include:- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Partnering with the sales team to provide technical insights, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept tailored to enterprise needs.- Solution Design: Architecting and customizing solutions using Cloudflare’s services (e.g., WAF, DDoS protection, CDN, Zero Trust, Magic Transit) to meet customer requirements.- Customer Engagement: Acting as a technical advisor to enterprise clients, addressing technical concerns, and ensuring smooth deployment and integration of Cloudflare’s solutions.- Post-Sales Support: Providing ongoing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure continued success and scalability.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaising with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure the best use of Cloudflare’s platform.
