Mike has a wealth of Programme experience that has been obtained over the last 20+ years through a variety of Senior Programme delivery and consultancy roles. His capability and proficiency has been gained through an in-depth involvement in many large programmes and organisations spanning the IT, Central/ Local Government, Financial Services and Defence industries. His Programme undertakings include the outsourcing of services, service transition and transformation initiatives as well as design, development and implementation of IT systems.Mike has successfully delivered complex Programmes (bids and post-contract) to MSP and PRINCE2 standards, particularly where the political or stakeholder environments have presented significant challenges. His strengths become apparent when required to tackle multiple shortfalls of a programme, or to work under pressure to secure Business outcomes.
