Included is the Vision, DQE Network Process, Development of DQE Standards, Software’s to be Implemented, Training, enforcement usage of Transfer Functions F(x) for Risk Analysis (DPPM) and Global Audits at Stage Gates Sign-offs. The DQE is “Design for Six Sigma” in practice. DQE Network/Process flow incorporates checks in balances in all Functions relative to design, driven by “Voice of Customer” (i.e. QFD). The Output of the DQE Analysis is the Mathematical "Designed in Risk" (DPPM-Occurrence)- DFMEA report summary of the design. Provide Lead Mathematical extraction of function relationships used in Benchmarking/Lessons learned/DQE Std's.
