After graduating with a BSc Honours in Psychology, I embarked on my journey in 2017 at Herts Mind Network and CPSL Mind initially as a volunteer, gaining invaluable experience in supporting individuals with their mental health. Throughout my career, I have held various roles all focused on helping people with their mental well-being, including Peer Support, Community Support, Group Facilitator, Volunteer Coordinator and Team Leader.One area where I am truly passionate is training and learning, particularly in advocating for positive mental health and raising awareness in the workplace. This passion led me to become the Senior Service Lead for Training and Learning at HMN, where I collaborate with local and national organisations to create a healthy workplace culture that embraces mental health. My expertise extends to emotional well-being, self-compassion, anxiety and stress management, depression and anger management, mental health conditions, workplace mental health, equality, diversity, and inclusion, and suicide prevention/postvention.To date, I have collaboratively developed and delivered over 50 different mental health and well-being training programs both online and in-person, to voluntary, statutory and private sector organisations locally (and nationally). Drawing from my personal experience and diverse background in psychology and corporate training, I design and deliver engaging workshops that equip individuals and teams with the necessary tools to manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate a supportive work environment. Every course I offer is tailored and developed with the participation and influence of those with lived experience, ensuring each session is dynamic and personalised.
