Change management and long term planning for work load reductions due to significant changes in the current market conditions and client business changes.

Key liaison resource between meter reading and non-electrical field work and the Business Transformation team responsible for business process updates, operational changes and training of new processes related to the installation of 1.8 Million meters across 80% of the province of BC. Also brought together external contractors and internal resources to successfully amalgamate service territories to limit impacts while installations of Smart Meter infrastructure was occurring. Worked to maximize operational results will minimizing day to day impacts of multiple stakeholders. Was instrumental in moving from a legacy meter reading business model to a 97% Smart Metering model, and transformed the business from 350 on the ground meter readers and 54 Field Reps, specializing in non-electrical field work, to 86 Field Metering Analysts specializing in non-electric meter reading work, probe disconnections/reconnects, communication trouble shooting and customer service follow-ups.
