• Guide the SPP team to ensure suppliers and internal manufacturing sections maintain on-time delivery targets.• Work with other groups within SIA to support the overall business missions including North American Subaru (NASI), Procurement, Supplier Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing.• Support activities related to SIA's Service Parts Factory (SPF) including operation, component delivery, transportation, system operations, and packaging flow.• Support additional growth of In-House operations related to Metal Parts and Bumper production and packaging.• Manage profit and loss activities for service parts business during a high growth time.• Develop Long Term Service Parts Strategy related to increase in volume, commonization of parts and Supplier improvement initiatives.• Ensure profitability of SIA's Service Parts Operation through the development and management of accurate per piece cost models (direct material, labor, admin costs, etc.) and annual cost budgets.• Analyze annual results and develop methods to improve productivity.• Help identify and develop new processes and systems to streamline the overall service parts operations at suppliers as well as within SIA.• Develop annual budgets related to required travel and other items to support the service parts business.• Strengthen the SPP team, by encouraging skill development and teamwork.

• Lead a group of nine team members to manage internal and supplier-based service parts business• Oversee the daily in-house component ordering, production scheduling, and logistics of internal service parts• Coordinate with engineering and production groups within Subaru to plan, develop, and launch new model service parts• Lead management of 245+ suppliers to ensure on-time delivery through improvement programs• Manage all new model service development and launch activities for all service parts within Subaru and at suppliers to ensure adequate parts availability throughout the country• Communicate with Subaru of American to ensure expectations are being met and to resolve any communication issues with our customer• Oversee supply chain of quality concern parts (aka: campaigns or service bulletins) to distribute high quantities of replacement parts to support Subaru end users• Lead development of service systems used for tracking and managing customer orders, order tracking and communications with suppliers. Plan production of inhouse service parts builds, track inventory and component part builds.

Service Parts Planning Associate – Production Control• Daily communication with aftermarket parts suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, track orders, and expedite when needed• Assess overall supplier capability and develop recovery plans when delivery performance or quality falls below target• Support model launch activities by ensuring supplier readiness and correct part information is available• Work with SOA, Subaru Japan, and SIA quality groups to help manage any field concerns• Review drawings and engineering changes related to aftermarket parts to ensure accuracy• Address any issues with parts, packaging, lead times, logistics, and deliveries• Ensure packaging specifications meet all regulatory requirements (OSHA, Prop 65, DOT, Leaf Mark, etc.)• Make on-site supplier visits to evaluate conditions and help improve aftermarket parts processes• Manage part data parameters as well as order and shipment information

• Set up standard testing timelines for panel thinning checks to Kaizen panel quality issues• Develop a die try out schedule for normal part review with tool and die group leader• Collaborate with Stamping Manufacturing Engineering group to implement the Autogrid stamping quality system• Develop stamping quality targets for future model launch activity

• Make line calls to review suspect parts to support production• Utilize parts drawings, technical specifications, and other standards to determine part requirements• Support engineering staff during part investigations including supplier visits

• Work in Trim reprocess to diagnose and repair production issues
