CurrentWe are a custom home builder focusing on making home building easy, fast, and enjoyable for our customers. We set clear expectations of allowances and pricing for our customers before we ever start, eliminating worries about "going over" or staying in budget. Currently we are averaging 8 months to complete a home after permit. Our typical project ranges form 2,000 to 4,000 sqft, with most of them in this average right around 3,300. We are able to complete our homes quickly by having scheduling in place, staying on top of lead times for all products, and most importantly, making sure everything is right the first time and not having to spend time fixing things. Our family has been working with almost all of our vendors for a little bit over 10 years. We (and they) know exactly what to expect, and are very familiar with their inventory, as well as how they work with our customers. We are able to give you as much or little support as you want for selecting materials, finishes, appliances, landscaping, lighting, etc., taking the stress out of getting things to match, or knowing what to pick. Our pricing is very competitive, especially considering the generous allowances that we include with every home.
