Trained team on use of Perseus, Trac Time, and Shea scheduler.Managed the start and completion of 400 homes annually, typical backlog of 180 homes, simultaneously strategizing the start flow of releases into upcoming phases. Pushed to become first of all Shea divisions to complete "Shea Way" training. Directed on site Hard Skills training, Tool Box talks, and value engineering walks with trades and Shea architectural staff. Created a team that performed a complete plan scrub to create a standard plan set. Responsible for department budget creation and maintenance throughout the year. Oversaw the on site Purchasing department including bidding and trade contracts. Controlled product through field inspection to ensure quality was met and morale maintained.
