Peter joined The True Life Companies, Symmetry’s parent company, in 2014 as director of the Resort Division. He made an immediate impact by using his industry and market knowledge to strategically reposition and ultimately relaunch a pair of communities that had stalled during the recession. Since then, he has been instrumental in growing the resort division, introducing new programs and services specifically for our communities and helping guide the launch of Symmetry Companies and Symmetry Homes.

Established, managed, and grew this residential construction business and created Monarch Luxury Homes in 2003 to focus on luxury home building. ** The Rocks: Developed / sold to Timbers Resorts, 2003: 5-star Private Residence Club and the first luxury fractional development in N. Scottsdale, consisting of 40 villas and clubhouse located adjacent to the Four Season Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. ** Spearheaded project from land acquisition to sell-out; secured Troon Golf to manage the private residence club operations. ** Delivered project under budget and met objective to offer an ultra-luxury living experience, creating a market niche in high-end secondary and seasonal residential market. ** Recognized for Best Community Plan, Best Land Plan and Landscaping, and Best Attached project, winning the Golden Nugget-Pacific Coast Builders Conference and a Crescordia--Valley Forward Assoc.** Successfully structured first-of-its-kind, mixed use commercial / residential zoning case with the City of Scottsdale to allow Private Residence Club within the existing zoning ordinance.** Managed pre-development hurdles to launch the property, such as density, zoning, entitlement issues, and negotiations to address 80-year commercial land lease issues. Castello di Casole - www.castellodicasole.com Provided overall development and construction oversight, with a total project value of $125 million. Worked closely with sales and marketing. Gained insight into European business practices. Involved in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence. ** Ranked (Castello di Casoleas) as The #1 Hotel in Europe and The #2 Hotel in the World by Travel & Leisure Magazine, 2013. ** Spearheaded development of a boutique, 41-key, all suite 5-star hotel on a 4,200 acre estate with 90 acres of vineyards, 20 acres of olive groves, a private game reserve, agricultural lands, entitlement rights to restore 28 farm houses, and 10 hotel villas, and up to 60 more hotel rooms as part of an Agriturismo designation.** Completed development projects while managing the complexities associated with tightening of debt and equity during down economy by engaging heavily with lenders / debt sources. Involved with bond releases.** Managed a seasoned sales team, successfully closing over $47 million of real estate with an additional $7 million under contract. 

** Played central role in the construction of over 8000 homes and resourcefully managed development budgets of $60+ million for the nation’s largest privately-held homebuilder. ** Involved in purchasing, contract negotiation, due diligence research, the municipal entitlement process, lot fit analysis, and design development practices for master planned communities.** Quickly earned promotion to project manager land acquisition based on strong performance.
