As CTO, my responsibilities encompassed guiding the business towards its objectives, managing human resources, and overseeing the development department. My role involved interviewing and hiring new team members, establishing efficient development processes, migrating the backend from a monolithic architecture to a microservices framework, and implementing Scrum methodologies.A key achievement was the formation of five self-organized teams, each dedicated to supporting and expanding independent products while collectively contributing to the company's OKRs. Additionally, I led the launch of a new app that integrates over 5,000 restaurants, and spearheaded the development of a new backend system, admin panel, web-shops and POS app. This was achieved by leveraging microservices, Google Cloud Platform, NextJS, and other cutting-edge technologies. Developing of these apps were stopped due to "app smart GmbH" was acquired by 'OrderYOYO A/C'.

After our team was restructured, I was promoted to Technical Lead. In this role, I managed the development of new features for our products, planned the architecture for upcoming projects, organized our development team's sprints, and provided feedback to our management team. I also helped interview and select new developers.I contributed to building complex features for our Frontend applications, such as a Polygon editor, a mobile app template editor, and set up a system with Jenkins and Fastlane that allowed us to quickly produce dozens of apps for iOS and Android each day.Additionally, I developed a new Android app for Sunmi printers used in restaurants for order management and bill printing, using Kotlin. This app is still being used successfully

Collaborated in the development of a universal e-commerce platform for restaurants, designed to support both web and mobile applications with customizable features for each client. As part of a dynamic development team, we successfully completed and launched an application that has been in continuous production use for over five years. Technologies used include ReactJS, MobX, and TypeScript.I also led the development of an internal web application aimed at streamlining the building and management of websites and mobile applications. This tool, which I brought from concept to realization using Angular, NgRx, and TypeScript, has become an essential part of our production environment, enhancing our operational efficiency and project management capabilities.

As an iOS Developer for Lieferschotte, a new entrant competing with Lieferando, I rapidly developed and launched the app's first version on the App Store within three months, utilizing Swift, Realm, and Storyboard. Despite the project's pause for marketing reasons, my work demonstrated my ability to deliver high-quality software swiftly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

I built an iOS app that let people find and review nearby food spots. Users could write reviews, post photos, comment, and share locations. It was like a social network with followers and likes, plus some fun rewards. The app was finished and launched in six months, but we had to shut it down six months later because we didn't have enough money for marketing.Later, I led the development of a universal food ordering application, successfully launching the initial MVP for iOS in 3 months, followed by an Android version in Java within 1 month. Enhanced operational efficiency by implementing Fastlane pipelines for automated builds and screenshots. Additionally, developed streamlined iOS and Android apps for restaurants, enabling them to easily manage incoming orders with options to accept or reject.

During my university studies, I engaged in several freelance projects, focusing on the development of native iOS applications using Objective-C. My technical toolkit included CocoaPods, Realm, Firebase, Google Maps, and other widely-used libraries, enabling me to deliver high-quality, functional apps.Key projects include: A highly successful app for a premier Russian football club, operational and continually updated from 2013 to 2022, achieving over 1 million downloads. This app served as a vital link between the club and its extensive fan base, offering real-time updates, match schedules, and interactive features. An appointment scheduling app for government services in Krasnodar, a city with a population exceeding 1 million. This app streamlined the process of booking appointments for various government services, significantly improving accessibility and efficiency for residents. A communal housing services app for a major company in Krasnodar, downloaded over 100,000 times. It provided residents with easy access to their housing services, enhancing communication and service delivery between the company and its clients.
