Almost all processes can be completed in house within our six specialist divisions, meaning we can deliver to a high standard, on time, with very few external dependenciesWhile we serve a range of industries, Farra have developed a deep expertise in hydro power maintenance, customised access solutions for buildings and industrial sites, and craft beverage manufacturing.Responsibilities currently held at Farra Engineering as the General Manager of Heavy Machining include:• Financial performance, budgeting and performance reporting.• Growth, strategic planning, stability and cultural change.• Health and Safety (Company Officer)• Sales and key account management for all major clients.• HR for the machining team• Project management and quoting of all major works• Engineering and technical leadership including design works.• Introduction and maintenance of in-house quality procedures to meet Farra and key customers’ requirements• Asset management and maintenance planning.
