At MedeAnalytics I designed, built and delivered cloud-based products for healthcare providers to legally and safely link and share patient data, including multi-agency pseudonymisation-at-source systems. My solutions are enabling Primary Care, Secondary Care, Social Services and Mental Health facilities to securely connect deidentified and identified health data (including national data from NHS Digital) safely and legally throughout Integrated Care Systems. The results are currently in use and providing real value across the NHS East of England region.

At CAREfx and Harris Healthcare, I led the Product Delivery and Sales Engineering teams working with customers to design, build and deliver numerous hospital management systems including clinical portals and electronic A&E whiteboards. One such solution was contracted by half of Scotland’s health boards worth several millions.

I refined and revitalised pre-sales and the technical implementation capacity of UK and Northern European operations by focusing on my background of extensive customer satisfaction, and capitalising on my history of significant successes (turning around a stalled, long-standing multi-supplier implementation). Some of my achievements include:✰Turned around a stalled, long-standing implementation due to leveraging relationship with technical leaders at a large insurance company.✰With extensive preparation, won a second major insurance provider, increasing revenues.

I successfully launched a high-tech start-up in EMEA for a US company. Serving in multiple roles, I revamped supply chains for several major retailers resulting in fewer losses, decreased spoilage, and increased visibility for UK and European supermarkets by successfully driving pre-sales, negotiation, requirements definition, project management, including launch of 1st implementation of innovative RFID platform.

As the co-founder of the international division for SilverStream software, I played a major role in this web development start-up, identifying and delivering tools to improve web productivity and in creating environments for deployment.I led design, build and delivery of the first live portal for a national newspaper, and the first family-friendly search service – before google.com – using cutting edge web technologies, and was instrumental in building the European business to 50% of worldwide revenues. With my co-founder established a business of more than 350 employees, leading to the acquisition by Novell in 2002, generating a significant return on original investment.
