Project spanned 4,700 acres and included two world-class golf courses, spa, tennis courts, and equestrian center.• Assumed ownership of underperforming golf course construction project built on a two-year schedule, and successfully completed first phase within time and budget to get project back on track.• Led engineering team to create design for water supply solution for 4,700 acre development requiring a governmental and private partnership to eliminate the requirement for a separate water treatment plant. Initial project scope was $30M.• Saved $15M in project costs by achieving bulk water agreement utilizing regional water treatment plant and infrastructure.

Managed development of irrigation system, overseeing quality control, cross-functional coordination, and design and construction.

Managed two large golf course initiatives encompassing construction, water, sewer, electrical, gas, roads, curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt. Projects included Arthur Hills design at Walking Stick in Pueblo, Colorado and Graham/Panks International design at Antelope Hills in Prescott, Arizona.
