I am and have always been interested in building code and the safety field. I began after high school by obtaining an Associates Degree in Social Science with my Major being in Fire Science and Administration. I began my career as a building and fire code official in September of 1999 working for a Third-Party agency "Code.sys Code Consulting" for 5 years in many different Municipalities. In 2004 I began working in Cranberry Township, PA where I gained even more experience. In April 2007 I began working for North Fayette Township to replace the retiring Inspector. I have been with North Fayette Township ever since. I have trained three (3) inspectors during my tenor at North Fayette Township and was recently promoted to Manager of Code Enforcement. I have worked in this field for over twenty-four (24) years and hold fifteen (15) national certifications related to my field. I am also a volunteer firefighter with over thirty (30) years of experience holding several different administrative and line officer positions and continuing to be a driver/operator trainer. My largest accomplishment was starting and managing the $1-million-dollar addition and renovation project at our main station. I am open to new opportunities that are related to my field and experience.
