Scorecard Reporting TeamOur team provided the infrastructure, processing and reporting of all AT&T Entertainment Group’s consumer marketing efforts. We designed, developed and maintained the process for creating a data warehouse in a SQL server environment of calls, clicks and sales that supported all campaign management reporting and modeling activities. We worked closely with the modeling group providing them with the historical data necessary to generate predictive scoring of total stimulated business activity. These modeling techniques, developed in SAS, were coded into SQL and incorporated into our production stream to provide an important metric in our weekly reporting. Base SAS was used to generate a set of weekly scorecard reports making use of its Output Deliver System (ODS) and the EXCEL XP tagset. I managed the weekly QC meeting with all program managers to review our weekly deliverables for accuracy and to provide explanations for certain variances. And, I participated in the project management of all future development efforts by reviewing functional specifications, writing technical specifications, assessing the level of effort and tracking our progress to meet client expectations. For AT&T Corporate Communication division, we designed, created and launched dashboards using Tableau visualization tool to track engagements of their Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram social sites.

Database MarketingProvided computer support for all Winback marketing direct mail and outbound telemarketing campaigns including offer matrix design and maintenance, marketing list development and campaign reporting. The offer matrix was managed using a Microsoft Access application I designed, developed and implemented on a Microsoft Windows server to support data entry by ten regional offer managers and multiple user types. The matrix provided a centralized collection of standardized marketing information needed to define the marketing list requirements, the product offerings and creative messaging for each campaign cycle. Consolidated marketing list, sales information and response data from the data warehouse and merged with the offer matrix database generating the Winback campaign scorecard. SAS software was used in a UNIX environment along with Teradata SQL. Processes were implemented to facilitate the distribution of campaign information between the marketing list developers, the national Winback marketing group, the advertising agency and the letter shop.

Jan, 1990 – Jul, 2001 Associates Insurance Group AIG Systems Information Service SpecialistMy team of three programmer analysts provided management reporting for all areas of the Credit Life and Disability Insurance Company and the Property & Casualty Insurance Company using Base SAS in a MVS environment. Working with managers from each department, we documented reporting requirements, designed and implemented reports that supported our company’s strategic objectives including actuarial rate structures, reserve analysis, dealer commission processing, premium and claim experience, statutory reporting and functional GAAP reporting. Using Microsoft Access, I developed a dealer commission payment application to manage our relationship with hundreds of heavy-duty truck dealers who generated $10 million in premium production per month. We established reporting structures between the Associates Financial System and the insurance system to support marketing segmentation analysis. We supported the accounting department’s month-end process creating Cognos Impromtu queries and reports consolidating general ledger information. Insurance premiums from our closed-in revolving credit and our credit card system were processed providing insurance statistics and fulfilling regulatory reporting requirements.Mar, 1986 – Dec, 1990 Associates Diversified Services Company Programmer Analyst Provided management reporting, computer support and office automation tools to the Associates National Mortgage Company, Associates Relocation Company and the Associates Insurance Group. Developed computer model automating the due diligence of potential credit portfolio acquisitions and computer programs were developed and implemented to electronically convert acquired loans onto our mortgage servicing system.
