My responibilities included overseeing 22 onsite third party service provider to ensure a 6 hour resolution SLA was met 95% of the time each month. Post transformation phase I successfully negotiated a 21% cost reduction with our third party sub-k. This resulted in over 10 million dollars of saving over the term of the contract. During my tenure as the ADM on this account we achieved an averager of 97% Customer Satisfaction rating over a 4 year period.
