Burbank, Ca

Joined HP in 2007 to help start up a large entertainment MPS account headquarted in Burbank California that generated over 50 million dollars in TCV. The objectives was to optimize the printing environment accross several business units in multiple states in the US. My responibilities included overseeing 22 onsite third party service provider to ensure a 6 hour resolution SLA was met 95% of the time each month. Post transformation phase I successfully negotiated a 21% cost reduction with our third party sub-k. This resulted in over 10 million dollars of saving over the term of the contract. During my tenure as the ADM on this account we achieved an averager of 97% Customer Satisfaction rating over a 4 year period.

During my career at Xerox I was responsible for managing medium to large complex MPS Accounts.City of Palmdale, Lockheed Martin, Edward Airforce Base,Healthnet, Chiat Day,Wells Fargo, Rand Corp, Getty Museum, Santa Monica College and Sony Entertainment. I also had responsiblities for managing 10 Serivce Engineers in the San Fernando and Antelope Valley of Southern California.
