In just under two years, we established product market fit, raised over 6M in seed funding, and built out a go to market team. As Director on the Market Development Team, I oversee the strategy and development of EF Education First's Educational Tours products in Latin America as well as our Language Immersion Tours and Service Learning Tours globally. Our experiences inspire thousands of North American teachers and students through immersive explorations of 18 countries. I have a staff of 5 market developers who help design and implement our vision for how to deliver the best experiences globally for our customers.

As an MBA intern for EF Education First, I worked directly for two products - EF Educational Tours and EF College Break. For EF Educational Tours, I created and executed a feedback system for a new tours product to aggregate learnings from each iteration and propose priorities for improvement initiatives. For EF College Break, I conducted a review of marketing/sales strategy to college students and derived recommendations to improve the product's on-campus presence.

LearnLaunch is dedicated to connecting, supporting, and growing greater Boston’s education technology ecosystem to drive innovation and transform learning. As Marketing and Operations Intern, I assisted with initiatives connected to building the LearnLaunch community of edtech innovators including the development and execution of their annual Across Boundaries Conference that brings together educators, entrepreneurs, investors, and students to confront edtech's biggest challenges.

Social Boston Sports organizes sport leagues, events and adventure trips. SBS strives to create an engaged community that helps bring balance and fun to life of young professionals in Boston. Reading Memorial High School

Reading Memorial High School (RMHS) is a public high school located north of Boston, MA with approximately 1,200 students. I taught both honors and lower level high school Spanish classes full time. I served as adviser to the Student Council through which we planned community events like pep rallies and a school-wide music video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBLB4l4UQ-E). I also contributed to the global education community by co-leading sessions at conferences and producing a blog on innovation in education that attracted a global audience (http://profespringer.wordpress.com/).

At Overland Summers, I served as a guide for a language immersion program for American high school students living in Seville, Spain. I guided two groups of 12 high school students on three-week study abroad programs.

In 2007, I was awarded the Junta de Andalucía Fellowship from the Spanish government to teach English to children aged 11-16 in a public Spanish high school located in Chipiona, Spain. I spent the academic year there living in the community while teaching.

While working for the Middlebury Language School, I oversaw operations for extracurricular activities in the summer Spanish language immersion program such as organizing sport leagues, festivals, parties, theater shows, etc.
