Managed all in-house basketball programming and activities. Grew and developed the Mill Works/ “The Works” AAU/Club Basketball program. Handled all basketball scheduling, running and promoting of tryouts, practices, tournaments, clinics and camps. Designed, oversaw and implemented all youth classes and academy’sMaintained communication with parents, coaches, players and tournament operators. Oversaw the facility to ensure that things ran smoothly and effectively. Set up and broke down various activities/events, Performed managerial operations including but not limited to scheduling of rentals, payment transactions and the general upkeep and closing of the facility.

Prepared, coached and oversaw all team related activities. Competed in tournaments throughout New England as well as New York. Maintained constant communication with parents and players as well as the director of the program.

Worked along side coaching staff overseeing all Varsity Boys Basketball related activities. Prepared for all team practices, games, lifts, film study, and events. Participated in the recruitment of potential student athletes. Transported players too and from away games.

Developed the curriculum for the youth basketball program. Coached different basketball classes for different age and grade levels. Occasionally coached other sports classes based on need.

Worked extensively with high school, NCAA, International and NBA professional players on individual and team development training. Assisted and/or lead on court skill and situational training as well as strength and conditioning sessions.

Oversaw all Middle School Basketball related activities. Prepared for all team practices and games. Maintained constant communication with Athletic Director, players and parents regarding practice and game scheduling. Transported players to and from away games

Competed as an international professional basketball player in multiple countries in Europe and Japan. Participated in all team and organizational related activities (practice, games, lifts, film study, meetings, events, etc.) Competed in and against international teams from Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Finland, Sweden, Estonia,France,Latvia,Serbia, Bosnia,Czech Republic,Slovakia,Romania,Denmark,Norway, Poland,Germany and Japan.
