Negotiated $21.75 million contract adjustment for delays and damages caused due to failure of preceding contracts and private relocations in meeting contractually committed deadlines. This adjustment included complete revisions to traffic control concepts and plans, lump sum payments for costs and damages incurred due to delay and associated acceleration costs, and risk assignment to Contractor in the form of multiple completion incentives and cost sharing/saving incentives for Contractor controlling of specific cost events. Other projects included large municipal water and wastewater projects as well as projects for private developers and commercial contractors.
