Senior Project Manager
Project Manager of 'Customer Data Access', a key project within the Customer Data Services programme, introducing new capabilities to the "Weather DataHub" a customer facing data portal. Runner Up in the internal 2020 Excellence Award in the ‘We keep evolving’ category. Held key roles in the multi million pound fully automated Distribution Centre project. Was responsible for procurement and service contracts for much of the internal equipment ie RF and thermal printing equipment. Managed customer testing (in partnership with WMS and WCS suppliers) of all integration messages between systems. Undertook business analysis and comms throughout the project to ensure systems and processes were suitable and adopted by the existing workforce.
