The relay for life is an annual fundraising event for the American Cancer Society focused on Celebrating, Remembering and Fighting Back! There are over 5000 events held a crossed the United States. Signal Gates is a limited access gate company. While there I lead the service department and the installation department for the Phoenix office! As the Phoenix Service Manager:• Training service technicians to provide top notch customer service while problem solving existing systems and maintaining Signal Gates insulations was a focus of the position! • Over seeing daily work orders and work flow.• Problem solving with technicians and factor representatives.• Quality control and customer satisfaction.The installation department had multiple projects for multiple large construction builders all over the metro Phoenix area! The Superintendent position with signal gates • As a subcontractor I had daily communication with up to 30 superintendents from multiple builders about status and scheduling of work to be preformed.• Organized and maintained contracts, project plans, change orders, as built plans, costing and billing paperwork for up to 50 projects.• Scheduled prepared and organized insulation crews for daily work on multiple job sites. To perform work such as digging, steel work like welding, concrete installation, high and low voltage wire( piping, pulling, connections), wiring inside of buildings, installing electronic equipment, asphalt work, and gate installation!• Quality control and city inspections to take jobs to completion were a large part of the position. • This position involved projects where Signal Gates was the general contractor in charge of all subcontractors and direct customer contact. These projects included all of the above as well as scheduling and managing all subcontractors used to complete the project.

While at Eagle Eye construction I worked on residential and commercial projects in all areas of general remodeling and building!
