It would allow the user to drill down to individual work orders, as well as automatically flag any abnormalities that needed human intervention

Phase 1 of the Radioactive Project was to move the existing MTNactive over to new infrastructure that would be the platform for all future MTNactive development.o Radioactive phase 2 Project, budget £803 438, 10 team members MTNactive is an internal MTN system used to handle vendor and subscriber information. Phase 2 of the Radioactive Project consisted of a number of enhancements and upgrades to the MTNactive product.o Huawei dual SIM promo Project, budget £166 666, 5 team members MTN internal systems had originally been designed to track 1 sim card and IMEI number. With the launch of Huawei’s dual sim phones, MTN needed to update all internal systems and enable them to track multiple sims and IMEI’s against a single device and registered owner.o Informix database upgrade Project, budget £574 998, 8 team members MTN’s informix database was working on an old version of Informix, whose support was about to expire. This project involved migrating the old databases into the new infrastructure and Informix version.o Siebel CRM Project, Budget £1 000 000, 10 team members To consolidate multiple systems into a single view of the customer to better enable marketers to segment the subscribers and allow trackable communications with dynamic content
