I started off licensing life at the Inverurie Golf Club before moving to the Kintore Arms Hotel in Inverurie, becoming Food & Beverage Manager. My first major career move was taking on the license at the Black Bull Inn, where I still manage the bar. Here is where my whisky interest grew and became a past time which I am passionate about. Whilst still running the pub after eight years, I opened the Inverurie Whisky Shop in 2015 and have grown it from a shop into an online shop, tour company, education provider and tasting host. I am an active member of BNI Networking group and love to network.In September 2021 I launched Foghouse Spirits. Our inaugural release was our core range, Small Batch Gin, Foghouse Gin.
