This position is responsible for developing positive customer relations from the point of purchase order receipt through timely delivery and fulfillment of all orders. In this position I have in depth knowledge regarding customer service, order processing, and pricing functions within SAP/EDI and for the business unit, and I am familiar with distribution KPIs and their overall impact to the customer experience. In addition, I continually analyze processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement in service levels resulting in an optimal customer experience. I am responsible for directing internal staff on core functional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and web; processing returns and credit requests; entering customer orders; maintaining AmerockGO (web based dealer order portal), updating customer master data, verifying order accuracy and pricing; price discrepancy notifications.- Management of Customer Service team (11 representatives).- SAP & EDI order cycle, Workflow Management, SAP functionality. - Implementation of EDI mapping changes in VBAP and IDOC management. - Management of Customer requirements for EDI transactions and customer KPI's.- Work with Channel and Marketing to update SAP conversion tables for material. - Support the Sr. Director and Executive Management with reporting metrics for Customer Service.- Currently managing YTD an approximate net value of $32,727,465 in order volume. - Key customers Walmart, Lowes, Amazon, Home Depot. - Inter-Departmental role – Ability to influence and partner with key individuals cross functionally as the Customer Service / SAP systems SME relative to order processing and timely execution of sales/marketing programs, as well as other organizational goals and objectives.
