Reported to Sr. Director, Cabin Solutions. • Built a team focused on developing new products and services, and enhancing existing products and services, to optimize the in-flight passenger experience of business jet users.• Managed development and launch of Stage, a market first, cloud-based, subscription-driven content delivery service that streams 1,000+ movies, TV shows, news shows, stock quotes, sportscasts, and weather forecasts to passengers’ personal devices and cabin monitors.• Negotiated Rockwell Collins/Stage in-flight content agreements for DRM-protected movies and TV shows with Hollywood studios and other rights holders. • Developed and led initial sales strategy for Stage. Resulted in two OEM relationships, including selection as the content delivery service for a new business jet. Put Stage on track to meet/exceed targeted eight-figure annual revenue and for integration into Venue Next, Rockwell Collins’ flagship cabin management and entertainment system. • Defined three-year product roadmap for Airshow Moving Map, the 25-year market leader in providing visual location and ETA information to passengers. Introduced 3D graphics, more geographic detail, an intuitive interface, and iOS and Android mobile apps. Maintained market share. • Partnered with Gogo as a new Airshow distribution channel, creating annual, seven-figure revenue stream.• Enhanced the Rockwell Collins brand with first-to-market/market leading products and high-profile brand partnerships. • Recruited, developed, motivated, and retained high-performance team.

Led a five-person team that identified new consumer technology, evaluated its potential for use on business jets, and developed business cases for acquisition/development.
